The buying process was unremarkable. However, I asked that the car be detailed prior to purchase. When the car was brought to me there was short white pet hair on both headrests. When mentioned to salesman he says he brought it back to service to have it taken care of. However, when we received the car the pet hair was still on both headrests and interior roof. It was also covered inside the backseat arm rest/console. I felt deceived. Also, they put gas in the tank but only half a tank. The purchase price was over $25K. I find it rude to only fill a half tank of gas. The finance person offered a warranty, but never disclosed we could’ve paid cash instead of financing the warranty. We would’ve purchased the warranty with cash. More
