I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. ... My Service Rep. was Willie Mahome and I believe he was responsible for communicating with me as it pretained to my 2013 Kia Optima vehicle recall ... My Service Rep. was Willie Mahome and I believe he was responsible for communicating with me as it pretained to my 2013 Kia Optima vehicle recall services.. I also believe my bad experience started when I refused additional services in addition to the recall services. Mr. Mahome didn't communicate with me at all or did he give any updates on my 2013 Kia Optima car without me calling first, even though I was told he would do so. I had my car drop off on October 27, 2022 at around noon. After 2 months went by, I called 4 times within 2 weeks to check on the status of my car and didn't get one return phone call. On December 3, 2022, only when I said that I would come to the dealorship to personally check on the status of my car, I then received two phone calls from a agitated Mr. MahomeI asking about me threatening to come to the dealorship and another call stating that I was cursing on a voice message which I believe the dealership records phone calls. I believe after having someone's vehicle for over 2 months that the owner should receive some kind of courtesy call to update the owner of vehicle. When I drop off my car, I didnt disown or abandon my car. And more, I was called one time to pick up my vehicle. Once there after I had driven for over an hour to get from Tallapoosa County to the City of Montgomery, I was told that my driver door knob was completely broken off which I should have been notified immediately before I made the long trip to the dealership. And last, after my engine was replaced and my door knob fixed, i asked for any warranty documentation on work done, once again, DENIED. LESSEN LEARNED, When I found out that my vehicle was ready, I made the call on January 18, 2023... I will never bring any other vehicle to the Brewbaker in the City of Montgomery, Montgomery, Alabama. NEVER. Pros: Service was great. Joey Paradis did a wonderful job with the transaction and was very knowledgeable of all the gizmos and fancy electronics, although being dinosaurs we Joey Paradis did a wonderful job with the transaction and was very knowledgeable of all the gizmos and fancy electronics, although being dinosaurs we will probably turn most of the stuff off. Oh, for the old analog days! Chesi was also a big help on our initial visit when Joey was tied up with other customers. Overall it was a good experience, although I will change my if the car doesn’t live up to the hype. Cons: Didn’t like having the $2295 option package, which apparently wasn’t really an option, forced on us. It seemed like it wasn’t of much value to the customer but was simply a means of increasing the profit margin for somebody. If it had just applied to the car we bought I might have overlooked it but it was on every car sticker I looked at. Really not very subtle. More
