Went in for an oil change and to have a tire looked at. My issues were promptly and fully addressed in a timely fashion. The absolute hands down worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I started this process almost two weeks ago and it started out less than ideal. I was sent incorrect information multiple times at a car dealership. I started this process almost two weeks ago and it started out less than ideal. I was sent incorrect information multiple times before having to just ask to speak with a general sales manager directly. After speaking with him things seemed to look up. He agreed to the price on the car and informed me when it would come in. I called on 8/30/22 to see if the car had come in. Unfortunately it had not but it was no big deal I just asked to be informed when it did which was supposed to be 9/6/22. I called on 9/6/22 and confirmed it had made it to the dealership and set an appointment to pick up my car on 9/8/22. I show up and apparently the agreed upon price was not agreed upon. I told them I spoke to the general sales manager and this was the agreed upon price and was met with "Well he doesn't even work here". It took me badgering the manager five times around to finally get the price I “agreed upon earlier” which was still $111 over what was agreed upon. It also took me badgering them five times around to give me the rate capital one was showing as pre approval for my monthly payment amount. They also sold me a brand new car with a leather discoloration in the seat from someone at the factory not paying attention to what they were laying the back seats down on. After asking multiple people to agree to fix it. I was just met with "Oh it's just the shade it will fade there is nothing we can do". Nothing you can do about selling me a brand new car with discoloration in the seats? I definitely should have walked out of this dealership but unfortunately thought this deal was set in stone per multiple previous phone conversations with the general sales manager. The finance manager was also a disaster to work with. They let me leave with the car and was not even asked for the down payment. It was then met with extreme hostility when asked if they wanted my down payment. Please proceed with extreme caution when using Brewbaker Kia. More
