I have to assume that they did the work, but the customer service experience could have been much better. I booked on line as I was told to do when I called, but when I arrived I was told by the rep that met service experience could have been much better. Don't tell the customer this, act like you were ready for me to be there. I then got an email that said what I agreed to and what I refused with a squiggly line drawn through the customer signature spot that I did not sign. I was concerned because it said I refused synthetic oil, which I did not, so I called and was told that all that was used was synthetic oil. However, when I picked up my car on the receipt it says basic oil was used, I questioned this and was told that synthetic oil was used. How would I know. Everyone was nice, but some professional customer service interactions would make the customer feel more certain their car was being serviced in a professional manner. More
