The issue was not the service tech, the issue was no one taking the time to make sure I was informed when my vehicle was done. My vehicle has been done for quite some time and I had to go into the service office to see what was going on, it was then that I was helped and checked out. I was not helped by Willie and in fact did not speak to Willie at all on my visit. I was helped by A short white guy. Even when it was time to pay he allowed someone else to pay before me even though I was first. Trash customer service.
