I waited for over an hr 30 min. My car was finished and just sitting there. I had to go see if my car was ready and it was. They misplaced the paperwork and had to find that. This dealership is one of the best dealerships that we have in my city they always provide such of the great care and particularly is one of my favorite. I wouldn’t want to do business with any other deal have in my city they always provide such of the great care and particularly is one of my favorite. I wouldn’t want to do business with any other dealership because this one makes you feel so at home and as well do all they can do to meet the needs of customers. My A/C issue has a technical service bulletin, acknowledging the issue, but Kia couldn't find the problem, diagnosis, so my extended warranty can't pay, so I can't get it fixed. Vehicle was at the acknowledging the issue, but Kia couldn't find the problem, diagnosis, so my extended warranty can't pay, so I can't get it fixed. Vehicle was at the shop for weeks without followup. I'm waiting on a part to come in, but no followup. I picked it up without repair and the covering over the engine was just sitting on top and not re-attached. Kia makes me want to never buy again though I've owned 2, Optima and K900, and spoke highly of them for years. I doubt my next one will be a Kia. Service in Dothan is not good either. 😐 Enterprise is good. More
