I wasn't very happy with my service this time. They didn't place my reminder sticker on my windshield & my tire was low in air they did not put air in it which of course could have ruined my tire. I had to go back in after they had serviced my car to tell them & this was after a 2 or 2:30 wait when there was only 2 cars ahead of me for just oil changes when I got there so I think that was a little extreme. Also when I walked in to tell them the things they had missed the lady at the desk didn't even acknowledge me she just walked off then from across the room she asked what I needed. As this was my second visit I really hope the rest are more like the first. Also I was going to get my tires rotated there be I can get them done for $19.99 instead of $29.99. More

Chris greeted me immediately upon arrival, showed me the waiting lounge, offered me refreshments and internet access. The waiting area is always very clean and is well supplied with snacks.
