I love my Kia service department, but there was a little issue this time, my oil was a bit low, my husband and I checked my oil 3 different times, flat solid surface and engine was completely cooled. I just issue this time, my oil was a bit low, my husband and I checked my oil 3 different times, flat solid surface and engine was completely cooled. I just had a new motor put in so this should have never been an issue since I literally just had an oil change, and 2 new tires put on and rotating and balance almost a $300 service. we noticed while traveling to Birmingham my engine was growling so this is why we checked it, should have taken a picture of the stick, because it was a bit low. Mentioned this while getting a warranty service done and they found nothing. The service included another oil change and another balance and rotation which I did not realize, they knocked off $20 since I had already paid for it 2 weeks earlier, I am sure I paid more than that for it though when I got my two tires. I was told I should have mentioned that I already had it done, but I thought it was in my file showing that. So another $275 later for that service. I have had my car cleaned twice the outside is great the inside looks like they barely touched it, not sure I would use that service if I had to pay for it. I just worry sometimes about things that are done. I honestly wish they had not re rotated and balanced my tires because this is putting the two new tires in the back where they do not need to be, my car is now pulling to the left....and the husband is not happy....
