Just a few years ago I would've recommended the Brewbaker Kia dealership and service department to anyone. The service person on Nov 23/22 was not helpful and could not explain to me why we needed to replace the parts on my car, just they needed to be replaced at a tremendous cost to us. I declined having the parts replaced, which was not necessary anyway, and this is most likely my last dealings with Brewbaker. Very sad! Very disappointed! More
