We went for a noise we were hearing and did not seem to be shifting right. They said it was the new tires we just put on the car were wearing wrong. The problem was there before we got the tires. What does tire wear have to do with a shifting problem? Also my husband asked them to rotate the tires if they were wearing. No indication on the receipt that this was done. We feel like this was a brush off especially after being charged $130 for a diagnostics test which consisted of a road test. I have highly recommended Brewbaker to friends looking for a new car but this experience has changed my mind. More
