I arrived at Brewbaker Kia. I sat waiting and no one came out. I finally went in to get a service person. Service person Amy was no help at all. My 2016 Kia Forte door wasn’t latching so I went over to Brewb out. I finally went in to get a service person. Service person Amy was no help at all. My 2016 Kia Forte door wasn’t latching so I went over to Brewbaker Kia ( I had to ride holding the door shut). I explained my problem and was told that the dealer was backed up 10 days and no one could help. Thanks for nothing. More
