I brought my car in on For a routine oil change and tire rotation and later on the same night my car smelled of burnt oil . The following day there was a puddle of oil in my driveway and as I proceeded to d rotation and later on the same night my car smelled of burnt oil . Called Brewbaker where the service advisor Sabrina informed me that it really much she could do because no member of management was in until Monday. Well she later called and said a tow truck would come get my car after telling me to drive it or pay for towing which I declined cause I’m not responsible! Anyway I have pictures and video footage! And I demand that my car comes back to me just like it was in perfect condition like it was when I brought it in to Brewbaker !!!! Very disappointed customer 🤬 More
