I had a bad experience the whole day I bought my New 2021 Kia Sorento (4/19/21). I signed paperwork without being told my monthly payments (I was told finance would discuss that with me), once I got to finan Kia Sorento (4/19/21). I signed paperwork without being told my monthly payments (I was told finance would discuss that with me), once I got to finance they were trying to give me a 4.9% interest rate, if I would have known that I wouldn’t have signed paperwork in the first place. Thank Goodness For missy and getting my interest rate down. Next, once I got back to my BRAND NEW washed vehicle, whoever washed it put scratches/swirl marks all on the panels by the windows. We had to stand outside and discuss with the manager for over an hour how he was going to fix their mistake. The next day, I’m going down the road and my BRAND NEW vehicle starts making a horrific sound. I take it to the dealership, they tell me they can’t look at it until Friday (it is Wednesday now). It’s crazy you can spent 40k on a new vehicle and this is your experience. It’s been a nightmare. I love my 2021 Kia Sorento SX, just highly dislike the experience I’ve had with Kia workers themselves. Missy from Finance was heaven sent! She was the only good part of my whole experience. More
