I was in for a recall service. I was very disappointed to see they didn't vacuum my car out :-(. They had done that when I was in for another recall a few months ago and I thought that was pretty good se to see they didn't vacuum my car out :-(. I also had a bad experience a few weeks ago from Chris in the service area when I brought my car before the date of my recall repair. He was very rude and inattentive to my concerns in relations to the recent recalls for my car. I called back and spoke with Joanna who told me she would make sure she relay my complaint to his supervisor. She told me she would have the Supervisor call me, but I never got a call. I spoke with Joanna because she was working in the Kia service area when I brought my car in for the previous recall. She seemed to have very good customer service experience and was very nice. I believe she told me she had moved over to the Dodge service area. More

I was immediately greeted with a smile and how can we help you. I had an appt with Dean, but he was at a funeral. Shaun was thorough of what was expected & when. I also learned that just bc Dean wasnt there he'd still benefit from the sale. I only mention this bc they were taking care of their own. I like that! My salesman, Everett Bateman, worked tirelessly to find just the right Sorento for me over a period of a few months.
