It's been a little over 2 weeks now since I heard from the service manager that contacted me about my car. She called after I left a message for her to call me about the damage was done to my reset, TRIP, the service manager that contacted me about my car. I notice it about a hour after I left from there getting an oil change. I took the car back immediately and one of the technician notice the car and what was wrong with it. I asked him what happened and he just said OH WELL LET ME SEE . SO THE SERVICE ASSOCIATE WHO WROTE UP THE TICKET FOR OIL CHANGE SAID OH YOU BACK. I SAID WHAT HAPPEN TO MY BUTTONS. SHE THEN SAID OH I DOCUMENTED IT. I THEN SAID DOCUMENTED WHAT!!! YOU DIDN'T TELL ME YALL BROKE !!!! I SAID IT WASNT LIKE THUS WGEN I BOUGHT THE CAR IN HERE. I SAID YOU TOLD ME YOU COULDN'T RESET IT ON THE DASHBOARD, BUT ACTUALLY IT WAS RESET ON THERE!!!! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REIMBURSEMENT FOR MY BUTTONS BEING BROKE!!! MY CAR WAS NOT LIKE THIS AND HONESTLY THERE IS NO USAGE FROM ME FOR THE BUTTONS TO BE DAMAGE AT ALL!!!! NO ONE HAVE NOT CONTACT ME YET!!!! I WILL BE CALLING AND PAYING A VISIT AS WELL!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. OWN UP TO WHAT YOU ALL DONE!!! More
