I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for my advisor, something was wrong. I’m a service advisor so I understand at times things do get hectic. Our job is to address every concern that the customer has o something was wrong. I’m a service advisor so I understand at times things do get hectic. Our job is to address every concern that the customer has on the RO or at least check it out. Concerns that were not mentioned were the wireless charger not work. She didn’t go over anything with me. I had to ask her. Apparently the settings were off. That’s a lie…. Unless it deactivated its self some how. I was not pleased. I have a vibration that happens often. It happened once on our test drive yesterday. I love my car. I want to love the service department also. I can just have my car serviced at Reinhardt Lexus. We can discuss this further if needed. I did pay for an oil change. Hopefully I got that. More
