Purchased a vehicle on the 25th of June. Was told they will repair the windshield for free. I returned the vehicle on Tuesday and Matt the salesman and Jason the manager had me there for 3 hours and no wi will repair the windshield for free. They didn’t look at the seatbelt, brakes or detail the car while I was waiting on the glass man. the glass man end up coming to my house. William told me that Matt told him not to come back because I had left. My appt time was 9 o’clock. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. More

VERY VERY poor customer service and extremely high prices compared to my normal KIA dealership. I paid literally twice as much at Brewbaker. $102 at Brewbaker and for the same service I pay $64 at KIA of Aub compared to my normal KIA dealership. All issues addressed except one. Issue with intermittent starting. Sometimes the car won't start unless you reset the key or the drive stick is jiggled. Problem still exists.
