My sales person, Melvin Starks was excellent. The finance manager, Shon Dowdell was also excellent. They both deserve 10/10. Mr. Josh Bottoms is where I had issues - two in particular. 1. We agreed that if I went to get an $8000 check, he would get the car payment to between $400-410 per month. I signed the back of a piece of paper confirming this. While in the finance office, I noticed my payment was $423. He reminded me that he said he’d gotten the payment below $425, which we indeed discussed. However, he conveniently left out the part where I said I would be happy to go get the $8000 check if he was confident he could get it between $400-410. We agreed and I went to get the check. Again, I also signed a piece of paper confirming this agreement. I discovered this was not the case once I was brought to the finance office. It honestly felt like an ambush technique. 2. Josh said my car had smart/adaptive cruise control. It does not. This was one of my top 3 features I was looking for, very disappointing to spend $40,000 and not get what I’m looking for. I suppose this one is my fault as well. I trusted him to know the cars, whereas I should have confirmed myself. I hate to give such a low score because I know it affects everyone. If it is possible, please do not assign this low score to Melvin or Shon - I want to reiterate that they were perfect. More
