I went for a what thought appointment I made almost a month prior only to be told they no appointments for me, when I explained the problems I was having with my car the advisors kept telling my that in month prior only to be told they no appointments for me, when I explained the problems I was having with my car the advisors kept telling my that in so many words it’s a waste of time or if I bring it in that it would be a price I’d possibly have to pay which was almost $200 just for what they think I’d need for my car’s panoramic roof . And that didn’t even look at my roof . Just seems as though they didn’t want to be bothered. I also hear the manager being very very rude to a customer ! This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this company and everyone makes you feel as though you’re a bother ! When I entered the building the advisor’s acted I wasn’t there then finally the guy just looks at me like I was supposed to be able to read his mind ! At this point I am so done with Brewbaker! My car is practically brand new but since the messed my car up when only doing a routine oil change and they left a ring off and almost all of the oil leaked out it doesn’t sound the same . Next I’ll just drive to KIA of Auburn instead . They are very friendly, helpful and listen to the customer. Lesson learned 😒 More

There don't seem to be adequate service advisors for the number of clients. Hire some more. Promote the cashier to service advisor. She was more available than any other employees. Thank you so much.
