The EyeSight warning light came on 3 times in 2 days. Each time the vehicle was shut off it would reset but then come on again in 15 - 20 minutes. We ordered a part and when we got it home we found out that the parts department gave us the wrong part. Now they are insisting on us paying a restocking fee of $40 to return it. ONLY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU ARE READY TO DROP A MILLION. This review is not based on one time experience with Sonora Ford. Took my car here for a heater hose that I was told would be covered under MILLION. This review is not based on one time experience with Sonora Ford. Took my car here for a heater hose that I was told would be covered under warranty, took them 5 hours to see what hose was leaking coolant after my husband found it in 5 minutes of looking at the car and told them what hose it was, we didn't need a diagnostic we knew what hose was leaking. We were told all fees would be waived, only had to pay for the part upon pick up $135. (My husband refuses to let these so called mechanics work on my car again.) Once we got there we were told $309, we said no you told us yesterday on the phone the part was $135 and they continued to say that's the diagnostic fee, after we already told them what the problem was and that we only needed the heater hose. Long story short if you take your vehicle here get ready to deal with crooks and liars. More
These folks here take care of our Subaru’s and have for over 5 years. I don’t take my Subaru anywhere else. Sometimes the prices are a bit more than random shops around town but I can rest assured that the over 5 years. I don’t take my Subaru anywhere else. Salesman needs to know were the customer resides before giving a quote. Our quote had tuolumne county sales tax and we live in Mariposa county. A trade in that was not a part of the deal. You need to school your employees that La Grange Ca its in 4 counties. Stanislaus,Merced,Tuolumne and Mariposa. One would think its typical salesman xx. Give a lower quote and then have them wanting the car and then give the inflated price.then add some security device that until that minute we never heard of. This really soured our buying experience. More
