Took my car here for a heater hose that I was told would be covered under MILLION. This review is not based on one time experience with Sonora Ford. Took my car here for a heater hose that I was told would be covered under warranty, took them 5 hours to see what hose was leaking coolant after my husband found it in 5 minutes of looking at the car and told them what hose it was, we didn't need a diagnostic we knew what hose was leaking. We were told all fees would be waived, only had to pay for the part upon pick up $135. (My husband refuses to let these so called mechanics work on my car again.) Once we got there we were told $309, we said no you told us yesterday on the phone the part was $135 and they continued to say that's the diagnostic fee, after we already told them what the problem was and that we only needed the heater hose. Long story short if you take your vehicle here get ready to deal with crooks and liars. More
