Sorens did my check up for my Florida trip. They completely missed topping off the cooling fluid. I had the engine light come on halfway to Florida coolant was 6 quarts low. Soerens Ford service department refused to take any responsibility for mistakes made at a previous service which I feel resulted in damage which ended up costing me money.
