It’s difficult dealing with people who won’t tell you the truth. They lied about when they would start working on my car, even though I dropped it off the night before the service was supposed to occur. Then truth. Then the service advisor wouldn’t let me talk to anyone above her in the chain of command. It’s no wonder that car dealers have the worst reputation in the world next to lawyers. More
