Second Time, Same Issues: Billing Confusion, Communication Breakdowns, and Unwanted Add-ons.. This is likely my second and last time scheduling an oil change at this dealership. Both complime Communication Breakdowns, and Unwanted Add-ons.. This is likely my second and last time scheduling an oil change at this dealership. Both complimentary service visits involved frustrating and seemingly unnecessary confusion. The Second Visit (September 26th): I made an appointment for a complimentary oil change and even put this in the notes. When I checked in, I was told I had to pay, despite my documentation and notes. Furthermore, unwanted add-ons were included in the service when I had specifically requested only an oil change in my original appointment. The entire process felt clunky and inefficient, both at check-in and check-out. After signing the final paper to complete the service, I was inexplicably told to wait again, which made no sense. The First Visit (Complimentary Oil Change): The first complimentary oil change also had significant issues. I had difficulty understanding the person on the phone while scheduling, but I explicitly confirmed it was a complimentary service. Yet, on the day of the appointment, the wrong vehicle was documented in the system, and I was told I had to wait to confirm they had the necessary parts. At the time of payment, I had to remind the service advisor about my complimentary card. He seemed confused, as if he had never seen one before, and had me wait again while he confirmed the card's validity with a manager. Summary: Both experiences highlighted a consistent lack of internal communication, a failure to read and adhere to customer notes (complimentary service, oil change only), and a clunky, inefficient process. Staff confusion regarding dealership-specific promotions/cards suggests a clear need for better training and internal systems. Soren’s did great work on replacing my car door window? I have always given 5 star reviews over the past several years. However.
