Made an appointment to have a tire rotation, NYS inspection and last of my complimentary oil changes. Having had issues before with tire rotations, I always make note of what tires I have at the tim inspection and last of my complimentary oil changes. Having had issues before with tire rotations, I always make note of what tires I have at the time in the front (Goodyears) and back ( Bridgestones). I was called down that my car was ready for pickup. First thing i checked were the tires. My Goodyears were still in the front. The mechanic was called out and insisted that they were rotated by measuring the tire thread. Showed me that the rear tires had less thread than then the front. Well that makes sense since the Goodyears were only 12 months old and the Bridgestones were over 2 years. Looking at the tires, I could tell that the tires were never removed from the car . My tires and lug nuts had grime and dirt on them. You would be able to tell if the tires and lug nuts were handled and removed. This brings me to the NYS inspection. How can you pass a car without checking the brakes? They may need replacing. Thats why it's called a SAFETY inspection. Brake job would be potential revenue for the dealership. Jasmine, who's been very helpful, will be sending me a refund check for the rotation. I'm done. More
I dealt with the sales rep for 2 hours and got the price I want however, the finance guy never showed me the car price and forgot (or purposefully since he hiked up the purchase price) to hand me the bill o I want however, the finance guy never showed me the car price and forgot (or purposefully since he hiked up the purchase price) to hand me the bill of sales copy. I have called back and left messages a couple of times however, never received call back from him. When I picked up the car, I found couple of dings and scratches in the front and side. I told about them to finance person since sales rep was busy; and he gave me a slip about where the dings are and told me the service dept will call me in few days. It's been over 2 weeks and I never got the call. Also, sales rep told me that he is going to call me to give me some of the promotional items and of course he never contacted me except to ask me if I have a car key for other car that I test drove. Overall, no aftercare nor customer service. Non at all. More
We worked with Sal D as we always have. He put me in yet again, a car I feel both safe and good in all around.
