My 2018 Tiguan had a mechanical problem that left me on the side of Route 25A. Had to have it towed to Smithtown VW. Worked with Stephanie, who is knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me well informed th the side of Route 25A. Had to have it towed to Smithtown VW. Worked with Stephanie, who is knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me well informed through out the process of diagnosing the issues. After having the wiring harness replaced and a new battery, all is well. I woud not hesitate to use Smithtown VW for any future repairs. More

The service department does a great job but be prepared to wait. I would've liked to have been informed of how long my service appointment was actually going to take (I was hoping to wait and informed them to wait. Terrible service, always understaffed and I had to pay out of pocket for a tire rotation that wasn’t done. They also can never fix the oil leak on my car!
