Excellent and very helpful I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Only 2 things could be done that day, so the car had to stay I needed a few things checked out on my vehicle and they took my vehicle in right away. Only 2 things could be done that day, so the car had to stay over the weekend. I was given a loaner car, which was fantastic because I wouldn't of been able to saty and wait for these repairs. More

Smoothest shopping experience ever This was my second lease with VW Smithtown. Returning my old lease was hassle free and they (Ericka and Adam) were extremely accommodating throughout This was my second lease with VW Smithtown.
