AMAZING dealership experience at Smithtown VW My Audi lease was about to end. Therefore, I spoke to eight (8) VW dealerships. When I called Smithtown VW, I was immediately transferred to Aaron My Audi lease was about to end. Therefore, I spoke to eight (8) VW dealerships. When I called Smithtown VW, I was immediately transferred to Aaron Klauschke who was by far the only dealer that would work with what I wanted and he beat out all the other dealers. I was not playing or messing around. If Aaron was able to get me what I wanted, he would earn my business. And Aaron did. He was not scheduled to work that morning but we were in constant contact about the deal. I love working with people who are dedicated and passionate about their jobs. I'm very particular and noticed how detailed-oriented Aaron was. He knew the exact terms of our deal. I just had to say it once to him whereas some dealers didn't pay attention to some of the terms and lost out. He also called my insurance company and made sure my name, middle name and address were exactly identical to my driver's license. I will not hesitate to contact Aaron for my next lease and will most definitely recommend him to all my friends and family members (even though we all live about an hour away from the Smithtown VW dealership). Aaron was professional, courteous and it was a true pleasure to deal with him (no fuss or surprises). Mike DiMaria handled the paperwork and it was seamless. Truly a great experience throughout. More

Tom’s the Best I ran into an issue with my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan not wanting to start or shut off. Bear in mind my car is almost 5 years old as it was built in 2015 I ran into an issue with my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan not wanting to start or shut off. Bear in mind my car is almost 5 years old as it was built in 2015. The start/stop button had failed and needed replacement. Tom quickly accommodated me and got the SUV in. They happened to have the part in stock, and replaced it. I was charged a reasonable price and I no longer have to jab and stab the button to get it to start or to shut off. Just a quick tap and POOF! it’s fired up. Tom has been amazing over the years and we’ve only dealt with him since 2006. We will not have our cars serviced anywhere else. Tom has been excellent in getting me a shuttle ride home, and after we have major service done, we get a car wash voucher that makes the vehicles look like new. Tom is very straightforward and will get you a quote and tell you what is wrong as it is. More
