Smithtown Volkswagen is an A+ Dealership and Service Center I leased my Jetta GLI from Smithtown Volkswagen in September 2019. Sal was my salesman. Tom was the sales manager. Both are topnotch sales professiona I leased my Jetta GLI from Smithtown Volkswagen in September 2019. Sal was my salesman. Tom was the sales manager. Both are topnotch sales professionals and very knowledgeable. Sal made it comfortable and easy. They both worked together and gave me a great deal. Kudos to both guys.. Today, I brought my car in for service. I wanted the first oil change and a front end assembly inspection. The oil was changed in a timely manner and everthing else checked out OK.. My first time at this service department and had an all around awesome experience. Danielle was my service advisor. She was very helpful and friendly. She also sent me an email with information for a coutesy car wash. Kudos to her too. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thank you. More

Nicole Miller was great...she paired me up with the perfect salesman for me, Sal D'Amico. Sal is THE MAN! He worked so hard to get me the most affordable deal for my budget, and was so kind, funny, understanding and efficient. I was originally just going to look at the car, and test drive it, but Sal made it possible for me to drive it out the door on the same day! THANK YOU, SAL! Also wonderful to deal with were Mike DiMaria. He made me feel so comfortable and anxiety-free discussing my financing options. He's also very personable and kind. And...right when you walk in the door is Mike (sorry I didn't get his last name!), who has the sunniest disposition, and the most welcoming smile!
