Both my husband and I both bought cars from this dealership. It’s the first time we have worked with Smithtown Toyota and also first time Toyota owners too. I got the grand Highlander and my husband got the Tacoma. Everyone was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and showed a lot of care to both of us. At no point did we feel pressured or judged (as so many car dealerships make you feel) and at no point were we asked how much we make or what we do(except when applying for the financing), which was a breath of fresh air as we had never been treated so respectfully before at other dealerships. We highly recommend this dealership, David, Diego and the insurance women to anyone looking for a car or truck. We highly recommend them and will continue to go back to them in the future. More
