Very personable, easy to talk to, no pressure and attentive. He has a pleasant well spoken friendly demeanor. Very knowledgeable with current and future vehicle technologies and vehicle packages, options, features, operations, and available dealer services. He patiently explained things and was responsive to any questions. he was also transparent and forthright with pricing expectations. i also appreciated that within a few days of the purchase he reached out to follow-up and see how things were going with the new car (both times) and to see if i had any concerns or questions. i felt very comfortable with him after my 1st purchase and when came time for an additional purchase for the family i had no hesitations or reservations going back. would absolutely recommend him to family and friends !! Jessica Medina who currently works in the service department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service. She needs to be properly trained on how to talk to cus department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service.
