Very personable, easy to talk to, no pressure and attentive. He has a pleasant well spoken friendly demeanor. Very knowledgeable with current and future vehicle technologies and vehicle packages, options, features, operations, and available dealer services. He patiently explained things and was responsive to any questions. he was also transparent and forthright with pricing expectations. i also appreciated that within a few days of the purchase he reached out to follow-up and see how things were going with the new car (both times) and to see if i had any concerns or questions. i felt very comfortable with him after my 1st purchase and when came time for an additional purchase for the family i had no hesitations or reservations going back. would absolutely recommend him to family and friends !! Jessica Medina who currently works in the service department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service. She needs to be properly trained on how to talk to cus department at “Smithtown Toyota” who really is S.C. Auto Corp is horrible at customer service. Both my husband and I both bought cars from this dealership. It’s the first time we have worked with Smithtown Toyota and also first time Toyota owners too. I got the grand Highlander and my husband got the Tacoma. Everyone was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and showed a lot of care to both of us. At no point did we feel pressured or judged (as so many car dealerships make you feel) and at no point were we asked how much we make or what we do(except when applying for the financing), which was a breath of fresh air as we had never been treated so respectfully before at other dealerships. We highly recommend this dealership, David, Diego and the insurance women to anyone looking for a car or truck. We highly recommend them and will continue to go back to them in the future. More
