First introduced to Smithtown Toyota and Da looking to buy a toyota! Just bought my 2nd toyota rav4 (current one hybrid previous gasoline) with him! First introduced to Smithtown Toyota and David when traded in my 2011 rav4 for my 2020 gas engine rav4 through the costco auto program. David has been great throughout both purchases. Very personable, easy to talk to, no pressure and attentive. He has a pleasant well spoken friendly demeanor. Very knowledgeable with current and future vehicle technologies and vehicle packages, options, features, operations, and available dealer services. He patiently explained things and was responsive to any questions. he was also transparent and forthright with pricing expectations. i also appreciated that within a few days of the purchase he reached out to follow-up and see how things were going with the new car (both times) and to see if i had any concerns or questions. i felt very comfortable with him after my 1st purchase and when came time for an additional purchase for the family i had no hesitations or reservations going back. would absolutely recommend him to family and friends !!
