I’ve been putting off going to the dealer for a long time bc I had a bad experience with my gf at a Hyundai dealership(she was getting a new car). Fell in love with the Sequoia right away, and explained to Tim what I was looking for, and what was important to me … Tim invited me back to his desk, looked at his computer and printed out the specks on a Sequoia that was on order from the dealership. As it turns out, it was the color and Trim I liked. No pressure sales, just common sense to go home and look over the information. When I decided to purchase this vehicle, Tim made it very easy over the phone. and kept me updated with the progress of my new vehicle. When it arrived Sean Dietz was very helpful setting up the day and time my vehicle would be prepped and ready, as well as settling up the finances. As it turns out Sean remembered my son who he sold his FJ Cruiser, and is still the original owner. My daughter is also part of the Toyota Family and is currently leasing her beautiful 4 Runner from Smithtown Toyota. Tim Payton and Sean Diez are a great team to work with.
