This is the third car I have purchased from Smithtown Toyota. The first 2 were Prius. We were ready to upgrade to a Hybrid Rav 4, which I understand are in demand. He told us our options and price and when there would be delivery (next Day) Then he was followed by Craig Miller, who explained details of options and delivery. Delivery was seamless and complete. All questions answered. Seamus gave us the keys and explained everything about the car, patiently. Also, I have my cars serviced at Smithtown Toyota. I have always been very happy with the service and suggestions for future service. More

Visited another dealership ( Oakdale Toyota ) thinking my experience would be a pleasant one based on a previous purchase. Found the level of satisfaction to be unsatisfactory. For the past 6 years I drove Chevy cars and was never disappointed. However, this past weekend I leased my first Toyota and I could not be happier! Sean Dietz (Sales), Seamus Cary (Sales) and Mary Bopp ( disappointed. However, this past weekend I leased my first Toyota and I could not be happier! Sean Dietz (Sales), Seamus Cary (Sales) and Mary Bopp ( AllState representative) made my purchase exciting and so easy! They all took the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns. Additionally, they all had answers to my 1,000 questions and made my transition from Chevy to Toyota seamless. I would highly recommend all three of them! The week prior to my Toyota purchase, I totaled my Chevy and was in a high pressure situation to get a new car. However, Sean, Seamus, and Mary never made me feel rushed, pressured or stressed out. The quality of service, professionalism, and honesty I received was so refreshing and appreciated. This past weekend my fiancé and I went to look at some Toyota options. We were incredibly lucky to work with David Moshinsky. From the moment we sat down with him we knew we wanted to buy from him! He was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and just simply “real.” David did not give us any sort of unwanted pressure. He was patient and understand throughout the entire process. After test driving a few cars, we sat down with David and he walked us through our options without any of the typical “car salesman tactics.” No games were ever played and the whole experience was quick and painless. When we were picking up the car, David took the time to sit with us to explain many of the features inside the car. We never once felt rushed. Truthfully—it felt like we were buying a car from a friend! We can’t recommend Smithtown Toyota enough. If you find yourself there, make sure you meet David Moshinsky! More

I have been driving 4-Runners since 1990. I buy a new one every 2 or three years. I was driving by this dealership and decided to stop in to get another quote. Louis Bilous was my salesman, he is a real pro and was spot on with everything he did or said. Sean Deitz was the business manager who treated me with respect and did not put a hard aftersale on me, as everyone knows it's a real turnoff when that happens. Sean, also worked hard to get me the best interest rate possible. These two guys are wonderful. I live in Atlantic Beach, it's a long trip to Smithtown but based on my experience I will not consider any other Toyota dealership in the future, they are above and beyond the rest! More
