I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and most transactions did not go that well until now. This was the best purchase experience I have had. I had been working on and off with David Sung for about a year. Due to the Pandemic there were just not enough trucks to go around. David always took the time to research my questions and vehicles I found online. I preferred to find a vehicle local rather than order. I can say that I never felt pressured not even once during the process. When I found the Tacoma TRD Sport I wanted, David worked with me to get what I feel was a good price and very good trade in on my old car. The dealership even beat the interest rate I proposed while I was working the deal. The purchase transaction went smoothly. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and how the dealership treated me during the process. The day of pickup David explained every feature the vehicle had and even followed up a few days later to see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend the dealership and especially David.
