Hello Nison, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I spoke with our Sales Team for some clarification, and it seems that the price discrepancy that you are referring to in your review is due to the condition of your current vehicle. Based on the information that you provided over the phone, your vehicle that is coming off lease appeared to have some equity in it that could be applied to the purchase. All of the pricing that was given to you included this equity and was contingent upon an actual in-person appraisal of your current vehicle. Since it is impossible to accurately appraise a vehicle without seeing it in person, your salesperson made sure to inform you that none of the pricing that you were given was final until the appraisal was done. Unfortunately, when your current vehicle was brought to our dealership for the appraisal, it became apparent that its condition was severely misrepresented. Your current vehicle had quite a bit of damage on it and the appraisal value had to be adjusted to account for all of the damage. Your salesperson offered to hold the new Sienna for you for a couple of days while you made your decision, however, you declined. Regarding the refund of deposit, we require that a customer signs a refund request form prior to any refund being issued. We waived this requirement in an effort to resolve the situation amicably and your deposit has since been refunded. While I am sorry that we were not able to come to an agreement, I spoke with the involved staff members and it seems that our Sales Team did their best to accommodate you in a difficult situation. Not true he chatted me big time from 56k he raised my price to 58k and he told me he is giving me 48hours to think when I said I will take it for 58k he said the car is not available very disgusting way to do business very unhappy with this dealership he just sold my car which I had my deposit on to someone else very not nice to make a business
