I spoke with the Service Advisor that assisted you and she informed me that she explained the diagnostic charge to you in person when you dropped the vehicle off. She let you know that it was your decision whether you would like to move forward or not and she told you how much the diagnostic charge would be if you chose to proceed. You decided to go ahead with the work and you were charged the amount that was discussed when you dropped your vehicle off. Please let me know if you do not have the work order and estimate that you signed when you came in and I will provide you with a copy of it.
