I went into the dealership to meet with Rob, we bought our son’s car from him a while ago, and had a great experience. Dealerships can be very intimidating but Rob is an excellent salesman, he is knowledg our son’s car from him a while ago, and had a great experience. I bought a Corolla Crossover form Louis Bilous and had a wonderful experience. Went to so many Toyota dealer on LI and he was the most honest, I even went to another sales person at Smithtown Toyota that wa wonderful experience. Went to so many Toyota dealer on LI and he was the most honest, I even went to another sales person at Smithtown Toyota that wasn't as honest as Lou. It took a while to get the car, however the whole time Lou was in touch with me, assuring it was coming. He never changed the price of the car, and also on the trade in from my Toyota Corolla. So when you go there ask for Lou, you wont be disappointed Thank you Again. More
