I know my cars and know I was a tough sale, and Michael knew when to push back, in a fair and admirable way. Ultimately, he worked to help me stay within my budget and got me in a vehicle I am very pleased to be in. He’s even going to mail me a little plastic piece I asked for. Who does that? Gives me faith in this world. I’ve been to many car dealerships in my search and live over an hour away from Smithtown.
