Don’t lease or buy a car here. Went in to lease a new vehicle, the sales person told me and my wife the vehicle was upstate and would be shipped to the store on Tuesday. After putting down a $2500 deposit I was told I would be contacted In a couple hours with a vin number for my insurance company. After several hours I was never contacted so I made a phone call once again. The salesman who made the deal said he would contact me later that night which never happened. I again called in the morning before the delivery to receive the vin and was told he wasn’t available and would call me right back, another 3 hours go by with no call. I was then given an illegitimate excuse for no one contacting me about the vehicle. The Sales manager got on the phone with an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional tone and told me “I’m being stern with you” and told me that they didn’t have a vin number for the car that I was told I was getting and that no one said the car would be here on Tuesday. I asked why he was giving me and attitude and he stated “this is being recorded I’m not giving you an attitude”. I had no contact with my salesperson Whats so ever and was just looking for an update. I have never in my life felt so disrespected from a dealership before. Everyone should think twice before going here to spend your hard earned money. More

I have been dealing with Nick Beddoe since my last lease over 3 years ago. He is always there for his clients long after the deal is closed. I live in Yonkers and in order to feel secure and confident I drove out to Smithtown, Long Island to do business with Nick, who is the Sales Manager at the Smithtown dealership. I also want to assure you that when you get to the financial office you will find dealing with Paul Abizeid is a total pleasure. He takes the time to figure out your best options and explains everything to you. The salesperson Ethan Wheeler was professional, kind and courteous. I was totally satisfied with my experience and can assure you that I will be driving out there for my future car deals. More
Horrible dealership! I wouldn't trust them. They will try to sneak in extra fees. Not to mention the rude, sarcastic, arrogant finance manager. We called him out on the I wouldn't trust them. He really couldn't give us an answer. It wasn't on my contract. I said, you can make up any number. He actually said yes! Then had the nerve to say that I don't own the car. Things got heated. I actually had other salesmen standing around yelling out nasty comments to me. They are not good salesmen, they are out to make as much money off of you as they can. Finance guy wouldn't give me his card or a real name. The next day I called to try to get names and Brandon wouldn't give me names. It was crazy!! Stay clear of this place. More
