He was very personable, informative, and professional every step of the way. He took his time walking us through and showing us a few different car options. In addition, our experience with the other associates from insurance to finance who helped with the final purchase details at Smithtown Nissan was great. It's nice to walk into a dealership be acknowledged by a friendly staff, never feeling pressured or having to deal with pushy and aggressive people.
