A very different and pleasant experience My friend and I went to buy a Black 2019 Rogue SV. Justin greeted us and took my information. From my address he saw that I was not from the immediat My friend and I went to buy a Black 2019 Rogue SV. Justin greeted us and took my information. From my address he saw that I was not from the immediate area, and had been to other dealerships. I told him the features I wanted and that I wanted to hear pricing to buy as well as lease so I could make sure I made the best decision for me. I cared more about the numbers and making sure I was getting a good deal. I had already sold myself on the car. We also let Justin know that my friend and her husband wanted to buy my leased 2016 Rogue that was coming to the end of the lease . Justin went to speak with Jesus, his manager and Jesus explained all the numbers to me in plain English and clear handwriting and answered all of our questions . He also explained how the third party lease buyout would be handled, and that it was a very doable transaction. (I had read horror stories on the internet about it). No other dealer seemed to be anxious to help Even the F & I experience was quick and painless with no hard sell. At the end Justin took me outside and went through the features of the car and I drove off a very happy customer in my new Rogue SV. I will absolutely recommend Justin and Smithtown Nissan to people.
