The experience I had was superior to many other dealerships. The salesman, Billy could not have been more helpful and was extremely personable. I am not a fan of salespersons because of their deame dealerships. The salesman, Billy could not have been more helpful and was extremely personable. I am not a fan of salespersons because of their deameanor. Billy was a human and did not push anything on me and it felt like he was on my side rooting for me for my new purchase. After the purchase he said he would call me in case I had any questions. He did as he said and he answered my questions in a very efficient manner. Great guy! Joe and Ray really worked hard to give me a great deal. They looked at what I could do and what they could do and really made a full-hearted, honest effort. Lastly, the car is great. Phenominal experience, they took good care of me. Go there. More
Solid dealership. Got me out of a '09 CRV lease and into a '10 Altima. Very quick (in and out in less than 3 hrs with the new car). Salesperson was polite and courteous. Only complaint is that I referred my a '10 Altima. Very quick (in and out in less than 3 hrs with the new car). Salesperson was polite and courteous. Only complaint is that I referred my brother to the dealership and he bought a car a week later, I was promised a referral check which I have still not received. Why promote a referral program if you are not going to follow through on your word? Anyway, an overall good experience aside from that one problem. More

Gregory C. took time on the phone going over my situation and he gave me a very positive feeling about coming in to the dealership and exporing the purchase. Not all dealerships connect this way with their prospects. Sales staff were very cordial, and helped me with good pricing arrangements, answering all questions relating to the vehicle. My wife and I road tested the car and were pleased with its performance. I liked the CVT feature too. One of the best car buying experiences I've had . I went there at 5pm one day with my brother looking to get the 2010 Altima and because the place was filled with customers, no salesman was available at the time to assist me so I spoke to the manager the get the 2010 Altima and because the place was filled with customers, no salesman was available at the time to assist me so I spoke to the manager there, Ray is his name and he was very friendly. I told him that I wanted to trade in my 2000 Ford Taurus which had a busted head light and he said they would take my car as part of some program they had at the time. the next day I was contacted by one of the salesmen there Joe Urso, and I setup an appointment and went there and spoke with him about what my budget was and what I had in mind. Joe was very friendly and helpful in explaining everything and answering every single question I had. So the same day I ended up leasing a new 2010 Altima for a very good price. They even bought my used car without even seeing it first, I took it to them the next day, and that is only because I told them to. They were very flexible in every aspect of the transaction. That night me and my father took the new car home without even paying them the down payment, I payed them the next day and only because I told them to as I said before, very flexible. They even went out of there ways to help me out with my bad credit, thanks go to Frank, one of the accountants there, who started calling me 'son' at the end of our meeting. The bottom line is I really felt like I was part of a family there and I am very pleased with the car and the service. More
Went into this dealer looking into leasing a new V8 Pathfinder LE. Instead the salesman Greg started pushing a 2008 USED pathfinder onto me. I was completely uncomfortable, meanwhile sitting in his off Pathfinder LE. Instead the salesman Greg started pushing a 2008 USED pathfinder onto me. I was completely uncomfortable, meanwhile sitting in his office when I requested that he give me a quote on the car I wanted, he goes off and comes back and tells me that the vehicle I wanted was extremely rare, but that he had plenty of V6 Pathfinders on the lot. When I said that was unacceptable he told me to go look at an Armada, when I told him it was too big and not what I was looking for, verbatim he said to me "Nice to meet you" and walked away from me. Very professional. I will NOT recommend this dealer to anyone, nor will I walk into there again. More
Even though I originally had a negative experience with one of their finance managers, Stan Sigerson - I am very pleased with how they treated me as a customer after I voiced my frustrations. They are completely rethinking the way they do business and treat their customers, and shopping here you can rest assured you won't have any of the typical dealership crap pulled on you. Since writing this, they have fired Stan and moved to only working with reputable employees. I am so pleased with my experience with this dealership, I opted to buy out my car at the end of my lease term. More
