I have leased cars for over 15 years and I have never been so disappointed! I have had cars from Mercedes to Toyota's to BMW's... Never a bad experience, always walked out a very happy customer. I know what I want and I know the price. I ask if that works and if it does we have a deal. As soon as it came down to the paper work I felt that things started to change. I do not like feeling taken advantage of. After playing a very "stupid, unnecessary game" I finally get the car. Two weeks later I call the dealership because there was a problem... well that was the last straw. The amount of phone calls that it took to get ONE person on the phone to speak with me... Beyond ridiculous! I will NEVER get another car from Smithtown Nissan and I will never recommend this dealership!!! More

We had no intention of actually leasing/buying a car the day we visited Smithtown Nissan to look at the new Maxima. When Matt Brown approached us he was friendly and accommodating, but not pushy. We gave him a price we were willing to spend, and after a brief deliberation with his boss, the price was met. We got the car we wanted, and had a very pleasant experience buying it as well. When we picked it up, he spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with it. We have bought or leased many cars, but we both agreed that this was a very positive experience from start to finish. We love the car, have high regard for the professionalism of the salesman, and will recommend the dealership to others. More
