We went to Nissan Saturday April 30 Looking for a car for our 17 year old Daughter. Billy approached us with a smile and truly listened to what we were looking for! We were so pleased with his answers that we had our daughter come down right away and test drive the Nissan Rogue! She loved it! We completed all the paper work and were happy to see that they did everything to make the sale happen! As promise Chris contacted us on Monday and was extremely pleasant to talk to, again listening to our needs and doing everything to help us. When all of the financial paperwork was completed, the car was prepared and ready for pick up. As soon as the insurance cards were there I received a phone call. Billy knew that my daughter was unaware that she was getting the car and played along with me in making her think that we were unable to come to terms and she would be looking at a smaller less expensive car! It was prefect in everyway she was shocked and actually cried! I was truly happy!! Billy took the time to go over everything in the car and explain all of the special features, he even explained how to work the radio and the ipod. He then went over the exterior of the car and remove any glue that may have been missed. Billy truly went the extra mile with us and we really appreciated it! I visisted this dealer on Wed. after having an accident last week which involved totaling my chvy truck. I was not happy with the availability of the stock trucks at the chevy dealership and received no help when I went on to the local ford dealer lot,so since my daughter has leased and purchased 3 nissans from smithtown I decided to look at a pre owned vehicle first.The salesman Rob was very helpfull and no pressure when I told him I would be back on Friday I asked if I should leave a deposit he said no and agreed to do business the way I usually would and left on a handshake. I returned on friday 4/22 @ 1:30 as agreed and after meeting with Rob and his manager Greg I decided to purchase a new Frontier instead of the pre owned.I left the dealership a few hours later with my new vehicle and very happy that I was able to do business with a good neighbor hood dealership I look foward to get the dependability and service of this vehicle the same as my daughter has. Since my occupation is a Customer Service Manager for a local Forklift Company it was good to receive the same Quality Service that I give to the customers of Our Company. More

I have leased cars for over 15 years and I have never been so disappointed! I have had cars from Mercedes to Toyota's to BMW's... Never a bad experience, always walked out a very happy customer. I know what I want and I know the price. I ask if that works and if it does we have a deal. As soon as it came down to the paper work I felt that things started to change. I do not like feeling taken advantage of. After playing a very "stupid, unnecessary game" I finally get the car. Two weeks later I call the dealership because there was a problem... well that was the last straw. The amount of phone calls that it took to get ONE person on the phone to speak with me... Beyond ridiculous! I will NEVER get another car from Smithtown Nissan and I will never recommend this dealership!!! More
