I recently purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima on April 13, 2013. This is just one of the many vehicles i have purchased/leased through Smithtown Nissan over the past ten years. They always give the best deal and i never feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most of my dealings were with Joe Urso. What a guy! Honest, respectful, courteous, gentleman. He is very knowledgeable of all the vehicles he sells. All my family and friends always thank me for referring them to him. He leaves a great impression on everyone. And he always gets the deal done. I have never walked out of there without the best deal on a new nissan. Recently Joe was promoted to sales manager which was greatly deserved. What's better than having a honest guy with that much integrity taking care of your car buying process but to have him as the Sales Manager of the deal. That's even better. Which we all know really makes or breaks the deal! On my last deal Joe was just starting out in his new Sales Manager Position. When i heard i was really happy for him. But to be honest i thought wow i hope this don't effect my positive relationship with this dealership. He referred me to Bob Mitchell. All i can say is this guy was everything Joe was. When i left there with my Altima I felt like I was part of Bob's Family. Bob put together the deal and ran it past Joe and everything went smooth. I could of never purchased this car or any other Nissan for the deal Smithtown Nissan gave me. To sum this up if you are in the market for a Nissan you would be making a big mistake not to stop in Smithtown Nissan and give them a chance to show you the difference that sets them apart from the rest. And from my personal experience i highly recommend Bob Mitchell (Salesman) and Joe Urso.(Sales Manager) Give them a shot you will not regret it!!!!!! More
Bait and switch. Found a BMW 335i I was looking for called contacted Cheryl Pagano through Internet sales told her I was interested. She told me the car was still available set up an appointment for me called contacted Cheryl Pagano through Internet sales told her I was interested. She told me the car was still available set up an appointment for me to see it and said it would be their for me to see the next day. The next day as I got ready to make the hour and 20 minute drive there I called Cheryl Pagano to ensure the car was available she didnt answer I sent an email and she responded with "OK great when you come in just ask for me. I do see that the car is still available for you. See you at 1:00pm if you are running either early or late just either call or email me" I arrived after the long drive she introduced yourself said she will get a salesperson the sales person came and asked what car I was there to see I told him he then told me the car was sold last week. You can imagine I went off on them. I just spent all that time driving, gas and toll money. She blamed the computer system for saying the car was there. It's a small dealer know what happens in your place of work. It was a horrible experience. Do not risk making a trip here if you see a car you like online More
When my son and I walked into the Smithtown Nissan dealership we were greeted by a very polite young lady and one of the managers directed us to a very nice salesman by the name of Tyler. He knew what I was looking for and was able to get us a beautiful black Rogue. The next step was meeting Christian Nesky, one of the finance mangers. We were able to agree on a price the suited my budget and the entire process was completed within 24 hours. What a pleasure to have all the DMV paperwork taken care of by the dealership. My girlfriend's lease on her rogue was up so we went to Smithtown Nissan to see what her options were. We found a new Rogue that she really liked. The price they gave was not bad because she was not put to Smithtown Nissan to see what her options were. We found a new Rogue that she really liked. The price they gave was not bad because she was not putting money down but they way they conduct themselves is just awful. At one point she walked away to call her mom and the manager follows her outside and starts saying all this stuff in her ear. They were just so rude I could not believe it but she decided she wanted the car so she went to the person in charge of financing. Our salesman told us she would have to pay a certain amount of money down just for 1st month and the usual fees. When she sits down with fiance manager, SUPRISE, there is also a 600 dollar closing fee that had never been mentioned. All they did was play games and at the end my girlfriend was happy with the car but left crying because of the experience. I am disgusted and will not set foot in their again except for the three years free maintenance that she supposedly has but they would not put in writing. They all need to be trained in customer service. More

I have been dealing with Smithtown Nissan for many years. I believe this is my 6th vehiclke from them and we always receive the best price. We have purchased and leased on different occasions, and we always I believe this is my 6th vehiclke from them and we always receive the best price. We have purchased and leased on different occasions, and we always receive the best price. I always price out 3 other dealerships before and Smithtown Nissan always beats my best price. Service here has always been excellent, the sale staff very courtious and helpful. You never feel pressured into any extra options or items to increase their costs. I never had a bad experience here from the salesmen to the finance managers, everyone has been great. servicing your vehicle here is also very easy and they have a nice waitng area if you must wait and they even have an express oil change service to get you out with in 30 mins or quicker. Rich and Greg were both GREAT!! They worked very hard to get me what I was looking for. They listen to me and got me into a lease for the amount of money i was able to spend. i would and have told friend to get me what I was looking for.
