I went into Smithtown Nissan to lease my 4th vehicle with them. Jill was my salesperson and she was wonderful from beginning to end. Smithtown Nissan is the elite among long island car dealerships. I have never been treated like a customer there. I have only been treated as if I was a member of the family. From the receptionists, the salespeople, to the finance specialists everyone does anything they can to make your experience a great one. Our last visit proved this once again to my wife and I. Michael Fariello was more of a friend than a salesperson. He knew everything about the cars, gave us some great advice, and got us in to a beautiful 2014 loaded Altima for a price that well within my budget. When I had an issue with my Rouge lease return, three weeks after the sale, he handled it effortlessly. Just another example that the service doesn't stop after the sale is made and he truly cares for the well being of his customers. I congratulate sales manager Joe Urso for maintaining a staff of the most knowledgeable and professional people in their field ,like Michael Fariello, and continuing to achieve the highest standards year after year. Smithtown Nissan is the only car dealership I will continue to call home. More
This was my fourth lease from Smithtown. I had a long but overall good experience. Moe worked very hard and was extremely friendly. My salesman Jim was honest,genuine,persistant,and worked with me to accomodate us. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. I went to this dealership two weeks ago and found a certified pre-owned car, Honda Accord, I put $2000 as a down payment, but then I decided not to go with the financing option and asked for my money b certified pre-owned car, Honda Accord, I put $2000 as a down payment, but then I decided not to go with the financing option and asked for my money back. I was told that that money was refundable. It's been five days since I was given a refund receipt, but the money hasn't been credited to my account yet. I'm really unhappy with this because they took the money in a few minutes and now the employee I worked with wouldn't return any of my calls! I called them again and told them about what happened they told me that it might take up to three weeks to get the money back! If I know this would happen, I wouldn't have put any money! Potential customers, please don't put a lot of money unless you're sure you're buying the car. More
