Great dealer experience overall. Our salesman, Austin, was friendly and personable. Never felt pressured, even when the manager inevitably came over to check in. We basically took a month after the initial test drive to shop around other dealers, and unlike other dealers they didn't harass us with aggressive texts and phone calls - but were responsive when we had questions. Once we settled on a price, pick-up was simple. Austin made sure he went through every car button and feature with me, and set up Kia Connect and Carplay. Kia Connect was being a bit of a pain at first, but the service manager came out at 7pm and was able to get it cleared up quickly. Marty in finance was great, relaxed and not pushy. I basically just signed everything, paid, and was done with no fuss or hard sell. I haven't bought a car in over 10 years so the whole process had me on edge, but this dealership made everything smooth. More
