I came to Smithtown Kia to work with Gerard Rennie again, after previously leasing my car with him. This time we were buying our first car, which can be a scary process. He never applied any pressure and really listened to all of things we want to have in the car, as well as see further into the future to make sure this car would work for the long term. Chad was an awesome salesman who had helped me to receive the vehicle that I had submitted an order for within a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure if the order was never initially submitted by mistak the vehicle that I had submitted an order for within a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure if the order was never initially submitted by mistake, as the initial salesman that I had worked with had quit and relocated around one week after I had made the down payment. However, after waiting three months with no updates on my order's status, Chad was able to find the exact vehicle that I had desired and had ordered (harder to find trim, much harder to find brown interior, etc) at a different Kia dealership within NY. He worked out a quick vehicle exchange with that dealership and was able to quickly receive the vehicle that I ordered! Thanks Chad! If it wasn't for you, I would probably be waiting for another three months to get the vehicle that I ordered! You're the man! More
