He was the kindest, most patient person, taking his time to walk me through every car, trim level, and color option. I spent hours deciding, taking out every key to walk in the freezing windy weather to show me a car, and not once did he make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. He knew the cars inside and out and explained everything in detail, ensuring I found exactly what I wanted.
