He never pressured us to buy one model over another and thoroughly explained all the features of each model before we made our decision. He was incredibly knowledgeable, authentic, and sincere, standing proudly behind the Kia Carnival EX. Gerard took the time to answer all of our questions and proactively shared important details we hadn't even thought to ask. During the whole process he made sure we sat down with each representative in the other departments so there was no confusion. This was a smooth and stress-free experience. Gerard made sure everything was handled correctly. Once we made our decision and all necessary paperwork was explained and completed, he didn't just give us a quick goodbye. Gerard sat in the vehicle with me to configure the essential settings, walked me through daily features, and provided online resources for future reference. He even genuinely offered to let me call him anytime with questions. It's was a very important decision to buy a new vehicle as well as making sure it would be the right fit for my family.
