The vehicle pick up went fine. I was told I'd get the vehicle back the same day, but that didn't happen. I got a call by someone stating they had to keep the vehicle overnight to e I was told I'd get the vehicle back the same day, but that didn't happen. I got a call by someone stating they had to keep the vehicle overnight to ensure the paint had dried. The next morning I got a call from the body shop stating that I had an option that would save about $500. When I told that person I had been called the previous day and that we were just waiting for paint to dry, he was obviously confused and he had just received the vehicle that morning. A tip of the cap to that guy for saving me the $500, but the other guy lied to me about paint drying. It wasn't that he dialed the wrong number because he had to be looking at my sheet to call me. More

It was replaced under the power train warranty. Dennis was able to pick me up so I could get my car back. I got my car back on my original diagnosis date. They explained the problem and assured me it was corrected and I shouldn't have anymore issues. More
Took 2 times to fix FORD Recalls. The first one was a 2018 Ford Edge, Took back because someone forgot to plug in a sensor. Pain because I took time off or work. Took 2020 ford back 2nd time as the Ford transmission recall started leaking. Wasnt able to drive truck for 2 weeks. Service guy wasn't responsive and had to continually call to get updates. After parts department ordered wrong seal I was given a loaner. Then when I picked the truck up I was required to pay 76.00 as Ford would only pay for 6 quarts of fluid and not the 12 that the trans mission requires, I was also required to pay for a filter. This was all part of a FORD recall. I paid and called FORD and after 3 hours was told doesn't pay for oil changes. I explained to her it was a RECALL by Ford. Se Said again that we don't pay for oil changes and I have to deal with the Skyline Ford dealer. WHAT a JOKE on DEALING WITH FORD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are asking about my experience with skyline. You should ask about my experience with FORD customer care, which I would give NO STARS. Hung up 2 times then hours on hold and then told NO. TESLA is looking better. So the big question is HOW can FORD customer care help. I was a ford employee for years, and we never treated people like this. I know a robot will read this and shread it, but this is my issue. More

Just finished paying for some big ticket maintenance ~ $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been without a car and renting one. Was told that we could rent one from Skyline for $65 a day if needed. That's a bit high for someone who purchased two cars from your dealership as well has had all the maintenance performed at your dealership which comes along with a premium $$$$. The maintenance department has always been polite as well as the other service team members, that includes parts, courtesy driver and cashier. More
